Prior to Stout, Kaufman, Holzman & Sprague, Mr. Sprague first was an associate attorney and then a Partner at Hourigan, Holzman & Sprague.
Mr. Sprague grew up overseas and eventually returned for college at Tufts University and Florida International University. After graduation and many years in the hospitality industry he decided it was time for a change and went to the Santa Barbara College of Law. While in law school and after graduation he worked as a law clerk at a prominent law firm in Santa Barbara practicing workers’ compensation law. It was there he came to understand the many problems workers and their families go through after suffering a workplace injury.
Our priority is to protect the rights of injured workers in California and obtain the maximum benefits provided by law.
